Seattle Athletic Club Downtown
ABSolution
This 30-minute intense core class will focus on your abs, obliques and back. All work is done either lying in the prone or supine positions. Repetition is the key to your success.

BODYCOMBAT
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

BODYPUMP
This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for.

BOSU Blast
Using BOSU (option is the step), medicine ball and weights you will get an awesome total-body conditioning and cardiovascular workout in this 60 minute class.

Cardio Blast
No frills, just drills! An intense, straightforward, hard-core cardio workout to tone and condition your body.

Cardio Mix
60 minutes of straight cardio. This class could include step, kickboxing or traditional aerobics.

Cycle EVolution
Taught by our resident cycle guru Everett, you will experience a good, strong ride accompanied by fabulous music.

Cycle-Pilates
Cycle-Pilates is a 75-minute class: 45 minutes of studio cycling followed by 30 minutes of pilates mat work in the Group Exercise Studio. Pilates Mat class will focus on abdominal strength and spinal flexibility to develop a powerful core.

Endurance Cycle
A 90 minute version of out Power Cycling. This class focuses more on longer, endurance-based drills. Recommended for those who have previous cycling experience.

Interval Elite
A high-energy class designed to improve speed, coordination, strength, and agility, while alternating high and low intensity exercise. Burn more calories to help you improve your physique - keeping you on the road to fitness.

Power Cycle
This hour-long class simulates the outdoor biking experience. Combining basic, rhythmic, and athletic cycling drills with guided focus and motivational music, this is truly a challenging and exhilarating workout.

Power Sculpt
A 60-minute class designed to strength train all muscle groups utilizing free weights. This class will provide a simple and effective way to improve muscular strength, function, shape, and definition.

Pump the Jump
The instructor will lead you through an intense 60-minute class to enhance speed, agility, balance, coordination, cardiovascular condition and lower body strength. The drills will include the jump rope, BOSU, bands or weights.

Sports Conditioning
This class consists of skills and drills – no fancy footwork required! Train like an athlete with the step, tubes, medicine ball and/or weights. Format varies but the concept remains the same – work out hard, sweat and get the results you are looking for!

Ultimate Workout
A high-energy class designed to improve speed, coordination, strength, and agility while alternating high and low intensity exercises. Burn more calories to help you improve your physique, keeping you on the road to fitness!

Zumba
Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
