Abdominal Massage
Uses swedish techniques to target the digestive system. It helps to free up organs and assist in the smooth functioning of the GI tract.

Chair Massage
Known as seated massage, chair massage, or on-site massage, is a technique that involves the use of a specially designed massage chair in which the client sits comfortably. Provided to the fully clothed client, the therapist will use a variety of massage strokes to decrease hypertension and increase range of motion.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage releases chronic tension through slow strokes of deep pressure on contracted muscles, tendons, and fascia. Deep Tissue provides relief for chronic tension and acute muscle spasms. It also addresses the intrinsic layer of muscles in the body, the layer closest to the bone.

Myofacial
Myofacial treatment works with the multi layers of fascia in the body. Fascia is like a web that covers all of the muscle cells, tendons, organs, etc. in the body. Myofacial techniques use deep tissue, deep stretching, and range of motion in the connective tissue.

Neuromuscular Technique (NMT)
Works with trigger points or hot spots in the body. Pinpointed areas are addressed using static pressure in symptomatic areas.

Onsen Technique
Onsen uses osteopathic methods to assess and correct pain. Onsen can help create relief in structural and functional imbalances.

Positional Release
Uses range of motion to find pain free sites in muscles, tissue and joints, in combination with some gentle static pressure. It helps to reset muscle spindles and create a healthy neurological loop.

Pregnancy
Pregnancy Massage relieves pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy. It is useful for women in all stages of pregnancy, including post-partum. It enhances range of motion and circulation, reducing problems associated with swelling, including varicose veins and cramps. Pregnancy Massage provides emotional nurturance as well as physical relief.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of massage utilizing specific strokes and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain. Sports Massage benefits by increasing power, endurance and flexibility both before and after an event or work out.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage consists of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques combined with movements of the joints. Swedish Massage promotes general relaxation, nourishes skin, improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension.

Thai Massage
Traditionally Thai massage is experienced on the floor, we do our best to translate this very old technique skillfully on to the table. Thai work combines rhythmic compression along pressure point lines in collaboration with stretching.

Treatment
Treatment work is used in conjunction with deep friction and cross fiber strokes on ligament, tendon and muscle sites to address scarring as a result of injury. Assessment of range of motion and strength may also be used.
