Seattle Athletic Club understands that it isn't always easy to achieve a state of balance in the bustle of a big fitness facility. That's why our yoga classes are taught in a heated, softly lighted, peaceful yoga studio away from the bustle of the rest of the club.
Our certified, highly skilled instructors offer instruction in both traditional and contemporary styles of yoga, from the Hatha and Vinyasa disciplines to Iron Yoga, which incorporates light weights for a more intense practice.
We are proud to employee only the finest instructors in the area. From veteran instructor and local favorite Fran Gallo to innovative instructors like Matt Meko and Alexa Burns. Our instructors are required to participate in extensive instructor training and continuing education so that they remain leaders in our industry.
