SAC Fight Club with Si-Bok, Jody Garcia Are you ready to unleash your inner warrior and achieve a calorie melting workout at the same time? If so, SAC Fight Club is your logical choice. Martial Arts Director Jody Garcia will take you through the world of martial arts and introduce you to the way a true fighter trains in order to become an ultimate champion. The first portion of each workout begins with explosive lower body training techniques with various cardio formats. The second portion of training will incorporate progressive upper body attacks on the weighted boxing bags. • Increase fast lean muscle, stamina and endurance • Build core stability • Body weight training • Stress melting resistance training/boxing • Intense cardio blasts • Fun, exciting environment with great friends
