Teen Training with Persona Fitness Trainer, Jacob Galloway Teen Training is great opportunity for any teenager to learn the basic foundations of exercise. Participants should be ready to learn how to use correct lifting form to safely lift weights, when and how to utilize machines correctly and learn how to design their own workout program to fit any exercise goal. This class will involve olympic lifts, sports specific movements like agility and plyometrics and many functional exercises that will help your teen get stronger and more coordinated, build muscle and lose fat, maintain or increase their flexibility and increase their cardiovascular fitness. This preparation will help give them an advantage over their highschool and/or college peers by providing the foundations and knowledge to create a healthy and safe exercise career.
