Trigger Points & Neuromuscular Technique
By Jessie Jo Egersett, Massage Director

Have you ever been in a massage and wondered "Wow, I can feel that spot you're working on radiating down my shoulder. What IS that?" It’s the New Year so it is time to try something new. Water Aerobics is a great way to get a low impact workout in. This workout is easier on the knees, joints and so much more than other types of aerobics. There are a variety of moves that utilize the resistance of the water to help in training your heart along with the major muscles groups. Water Aerobics also helps improve strength, flexibility and balance. Don’t worry you do not need to know how to swim, in our 4’6” pool your feet are most always on the floor.
