Reservation & Cancellation
Kid’s Court is by reservation only though drop-ins can be accommodated for an additional flat fee as long as there is space provided. We need at least 30 minutes notice for you to not be considered a drop in and the same goes for cancellations (30 minutes notice or your considered a late cancellation.) All “no shows” or “late cancellations” will be charged the time scheduled. Reservations for the evening hours must be made by 12:00 PM. If there are no reservations by noon Kid’s Court will be closed for that evening.
Health Procedures
For the protection of other children as well as your own, please do not ask us to care for you child if they are ill or have any of the following symptoms; contagious virus, lethargic or cranky, fever within 24 hours, diarrhea and/or nausea, discharge from the eyes or ears, profuse or light nasal discharge. Our childcare personnel reserve the right to refuse admittance of any ill children into Kid’s Court.
Capacity & Age
We accept six to eight children in Kid’s Court per attendant. We accept a maximum of three infants at a time. Ages 6 weeks to 12 years old are welcome. Infants 6 weeks to 15 months of age are allowed in Kid’s Court up to 2 hours to accommodate their special needs. For children older than 15 months, the maximum stay is four hours unless here for a special event.
